  This is my go to spot for my triple espresso drinks. I like to cut out the fluff and get to the point which is a boost of caffeine to get me going.
  
  I ordered a triple espresso with a splash of heavy cream via the mobile app and they forgot the cream.
  
  The cream is what gives the disgusting taste of an espresso better taste.
  
  I grab the drink, hop in my car and go. Grab the drink to enjoy my beverage and to my surprise there was no cream.
  
  Nothing I can do at that point but down the bitter beverage.
  
  The next day I ordered the same drink. This time I tasted the drink before I left and there was no splash of heavy cream.
  
  I took the drink back and they remade it.
  
  Not sure what's going on at this location but I will give them a break and try a different location.
  
  3 stars overall, normally they get drinks correct. Maybe they have new people, not sure.
  
  I recommend this place, just check your mobile order before you leave.

  I gave them so many chances before writing this review.
  They are damn slow.
  Not just slow, but lazy.
  They don't check the mobile order. Even after killing time easy 10 minutes after ordering via mobile, they usually make me average of another 10 minutes inside the store.
  Thinking ''maybe they are so busy'', i have been very patient, but .... no. There are 6 employees, and only half seems busy. The rests gather behind the counter and chatting. I have witnessed this kind of scenario way too many often.
  There are a lot of starbucks stores much busier than this location yet much more efficient.
  This location needs to fire usuless, irresponsible kids, and start hiring mature employees.

  Drinks are always made right! The place is beautiful inside and out.
  Service is hit or miss on friendliness bar. It might be cuz it's always pretty busy but if you're surrounded by coffee and carbs, you have the means to take care of your attitude. Hello, I'm just saying.
  The one thing that's kinda annoying is how they manage the drive thru. They will allow like 2 cars to order & go to the window then make the rest wait. It's backs up the street and parking lot. Easier for them, I guess but I like to think it's all about me (customer) so don't leaving me hanging when there's a big ass gap in the drive thru.

  Poorly managed service. I ordered a doppio espresso & waited nearly twenty minutes today at 2:30pm. There were 5 employees present and only one making drinks which seems absurd. It would have been much quicker to go through the drive thru but even that was misleading as cars were backed up into the parking lot to order.

  This is the worst drive thru service ever! I've been in  line for 10 minutes now. And now another 5 to put my order in. This is RIDICULOUS!
